Okay. I’ve oficially decided to refrain from writing poems for a while (in actuality, I haven’t been in that mood for some time now, so there won’t be much to miss), in the meantime, the story is still underway. The only thing keeping it from being posted online is that everytime I seem to have it all set and ready to be published, another one of my friends give me their character and I have to somehow work their character into the plot. This week alone I’ve had to add three additional characters, with three different drafts. I’m trying not to make it too different from the first Prelude. Speaking of the prelude, I never quite thought it through if “prelude” was the proper term. Recently i’ve been reading this book that begins with a “preface”, is that the proper term? I’m thinking of changing that…but now i’m thinking of how the hell that is at all relevant to the story. Ok i apologize, it’s midnight here on a school night, i’m supposed to be doing homework but i’m procrastinating as usual, and i’m tired as hell. Thank god this week is almost over. But it just isn’t going by fast enough. The only thing keeping me sane are those rare occasions where everything just seems to work in your favor, take Tuesday for instance, each class seemed to be doing nothing that day, I didn’t actually have to think or write anything down until my last period, and the teacher I have before lunch was careless enough to leave the classroom before everyone was actually out of it. So what if I was reading this really good book (Twilight by Stephenie Meyer), and was so engrossed by it’s beautifully worded detail that I hadn’t even noticed the lights go out and the classroom empty. Funny part about it is that when I finally looked up and realized that everyone had gone, I just gave a shrug and went back to reading until lunch was over. yeah. The book is that good. you know, if you’re into those romance, vampire, super-hero type of books. hehe. Although it wasn’t as good as the peace and quiet of the empty classroom, the class I had right after lunch was a free period, computer science, because we had turned in our projects the day before and the teach’r was grading it. The entire 45 minutes of that class consisted of two things: 1) Pika’ Ball, a volleyball type computer game incorporating Pikachu from Pokemon (which I could totally pwn all of your asses in) and 2) Pocket Tanks, a surprisingly entertaining game of two tiny tanks shooting things at each other (which I could totally pwn all of your asses in, oh yes, pwn, one notch above own but one below slaughter…see my intros are not only entertaining but also educational) Right on time. Now is about the time where my mind tries to convince myself that I can go to sleep now and finish my work tomorrow, maybe on the school bus or maybe in class, and it is doing a great job. Ok i’m tired, I can do my work tomorrow. XD But before I go, we know by now already that I end pretty much everything i write with some sort of cliche message thingy, well today is no acception. From the book i’m reading, my favorite line in the story so far,
“I got tired of trying to stay away from you. So I’m giving up. Giving up trying to be good. I’m just going to do what I want now, and let the chips fall where they may.” -Edward Cullen
Until we meet again,

A sign of life!
*calls Greenpeace to report findings*
Hey Travis. Glad to hear the story is still coming. And btw yup yup preface is the right word. But prelude sounds cooler : P
Hm. You also do that procrastinating-the-whole-day-then- staying-up-till-12-doing-nothing-useful-at-all-and-then- managing-to-convince-yourself-that-you-can-do-it-the- next-day thing? I thought I was the only one.
At least your school computers have two games. We have one. Runman the original. A very addictive, boring, useless game. But oh well.
Looking forward to seeing the story.

Okay, well since I’m here, lemme reply to your previous comment : P
Greenpeace is now called off, don’t worry. *grins* And yes, prelude is actually for music. But what the heck, it sounds cool. The story’s coming soon? Yay! *cheers*
And thank you for the compliment on “Sleepless”

You like my haikus? Thank you
.
I’m afraid that although I can give you my luck, I can’t work miracles. Or I don’t think I can. Depends on your definition of a miracle. According to some, the sun rising every morning is a miracle. But then, us people aren’t the ones working that, so oh well. Hm, if you have a spare second or two, I thought I’d tell you of this poem I found. It’s called The Calf-Path by Sam Walters. It’s pretty funny and I thought you might enjoy it. If not, then that’s fine, since I’m mostly ranting nonsense here. So zoned out atm it’s not even funny
Cool idea with having your friends do the illustrators. Do tell how the meeting went some time. Hm. Where exactly does one aquire ‘get out of jail free’ cards? I could use some of those. But whether you’re cardless or not, my friend, don’t worry. You’ll cope. You’re the type that does.
Okay, I’ma go sleep now, before I talk even more nonsense than usual. Good luck all the same.
